Terms of Service
Trash Can Cleaning
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all trash and recycling can cleaning
services provided by Bin Blasters (“Service Provider,” “we,” or “us”). By requesting service,
scheduling an appointment, allowing service to be performed, or paying for a completed service,
you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. No separate signature is required for any
individual visit.
1. Services Provided
Service Provider performs pressure washing of residential trash and/or recycling cans at the
address and time agreed upon at booking (by text, phone, email, or in person). Job-specific
details — customer name, address, number of cans, and price — are confirmed at the time of
scheduling rather than restated in these Terms.
If a can still has a bad odor after Service Provider has cleaned it, Service Provider will
re-clean that can at no charge, on the following terms:
- Customer must notify Service Provider within 7 days of the original service.
- Limited to one free re-clean per visit, covering only the can(s) cleaned during that
visit.
- Covers odor only — not stains, discoloration, scratches, or damage that cleaning cannot
remove — and does not apply where the odor is caused by new waste placed in the can
after the original cleaning.
- The remedy under this guarantee is the re-clean itself, not a refund.
2. Scheduling & Customer Responsibilities
- Customer will place can(s) in an accessible location (e.g., driveway or curb) by the agreed
service time, with a nearby water/power source available if needed.
- Customer will remove personal items, trash, or valuables from inside the can(s) prior to
service, or can request to have items removed during a cleaning.
- Customer will be asked during the booking process to highlight any major dents, cracks, or
damages to the agreed upon trashcans. The customer must answer to the best of their
abilities.
3. Payment
The fee for each visit is communicated to Customer at the time of booking. Payment is due upon
completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or Venmo.
4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Customer understands that pressure washing involves water, spray, and cleaning solution that
may incidentally contact nearby surfaces such as siding, pavement, landscaping, or vehicles.
Service Provider will take reasonable care to avoid damage. However, Customer releases and holds
Service Provider harmless from claims for:
- Pre-existing damage, cracks, discoloration, or wear to the can(s) not caused by Service
Provider;
- Incidental overspray or water contact with adjacent surfaces, absent gross negligence by
Service Provider;
- Normal fading, aging, or cosmetic wear of plastic materials revealed (not caused) by
cleaning.
This release does not apply to damage caused by Service Provider’s gross negligence or
intentional misconduct.
5. Limitation of Liability
Except as prohibited by law, Service Provider’s total liability for any claim arising from
these Terms is limited to the amount paid by Customer for the service giving rise to the claim.
6. Cancellation
Service Provider may need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances beyond our
control. Customer may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing reasonable advance notice;
repeated last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at Service Provider’s
discretion.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
8. Changes to These Terms
Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. The version of these Terms in
effect at the time a given service is performed applies to that service. A current copy is
available from Service Provider on request.
9. Acceptance
These Terms apply automatically to every visit — there is nothing for Customer to sign or fill
out. Requesting service, confirming an appointment (including by a simple text reply), allowing
the visit to take place, or paying for a completed service each independently constitute
Customer’s acceptance of these Terms.
